What Are the Clients Saying?

Don’t you detest those glowing references about the quality of service but don’t have real names attached to them? 
Are they for real or did someone just dream them up?

                                                                    “I love my outsourcing firm.” 

                                                                A Trade Association PAC Manager.   

OK, but what do I know now that I didn’t know before?
